The thing that can't be excused is that it is all too easy to trap your skin when using it. It's pretty much impossible to squeeze it without some of your skin getting in the gap between the two halfs, and that gap closes to be flush.

It is pretty sturdy and looks good however it has a tendency to push skin through as well as contents
