It also has a magnet at the back although it is not as strong as the previous versions magnets

The lockout feature is useful for when carrying in a pocket or bag to prevent turning on with a visible red light appearing for three seconds if you press during lockout the lockout will however deactivate if the tail cap or battery is removed because of volatile memory
