Although it's 24v it connects to 115vac and takes care of everything else internally. Wall box directs the 24v power to the operator. Works with our pella windows!

Issues the little mounting bracket is not exactly brilliantly designed you have to turn it at an angle to allow it to have support for the motor both when opening and closing

I purchased this window closer based on others reviews it functions well however every time the unit is activated there is a loud beep that cant be turned off

If it had open and close contacts i could hook up relays controlled with a smart home app or automated system or even a timer or thermostat
