Bought this for my survival supplies, and i couldn't be happier with the weight.
Great deal and quality for such a cheap price.
Not happy with all that run-around, but the product itself (had it not had a busted reel handle) deserves stars.
2020 update:still using this rod all the time, still blown away with the value.
Don’t expect top quality but it is fine for light fishing.

Rod feedback - the rod ferrules are very difficult to assemble.

They are so tight you can barely put it together.

There are no alignment marks so when you push them together you have to pay very close attention to the guides lining up.

Once assembled it is okay and seems to be a fairly stiff rod.

Reel feedback - the spool barely holds any line.

When you try to spool the reel with line, it all bunches up at the bottom rather than spool the reel evenly.
