I love these bars and im subscribed to a monthly delivery but the last box they sent me seemed to be old bars because they are very tough not the usual fresh bars that i get

As you can see in the pictures the box was saturated with lotion or perfume and the whole box was not even in the package it was shipped in

As soon as i opened the package i could smell the lotion or perfume and all of the bars fell out into the package when i tried to remove the box
