Pros
It seems sturdy and is lightweight for portability. Cheap and a little flimsy but works perfectly to hold my umik-1 microphone. This is a stable, lightweight mic stand.
For the price, met / exceeded expectations. I appreciate that they're paying attention to their reviews.

This stand is a complete piece of *. Don't waste your time. Respectfully, a waste of money.

Clip on needs to be a little wider to fit the typical cordless without worrying about it falling out
