Pros

Paired this canteen pouch with the spec ops 1. Good value for the price, partly due to the acu camouflage pattern that nobody wants.

It fits a collapsible canteen, works as described. Fits my 1qrt drab with ss cup very well and the flap strap holds tightly to keep things quiet. With that in the pouch, the canteen is easily removable.

The top flap covers the tall neck of the canteen enough to be snugged down by the y shapped strap. They have a shock cord drawstring at the top as well as a flap with an adjustable buckle.

Cons

If this had been properly designed, there would be a hole cut between the upright branches of the y and the canteen. Bumping that point a few times will result in a tear in the cover. This will be returned to seller.
