Pros

The chair has a tall back and adjustable lumbar support. It makes use of a lot of solid metal to ensure stability and longevity. The only thing i wish is that you could slide the seat back and forwards.

Cons

It has the worst ergonomics of any chair i’ve used in 30 years. I believe the gasket may be defective. You should test a chair in a showroom in the same way you would test a mattress.

I did have to replace the arm pads after 7 years and thankfully the company was still around and would sell the parts
