The main issue is that the clamp to stop it from leaning back is not holding anymore so the chair is still leaning back when i dont want it to if i put a bit too much weight on it

I wrote the company to see if they had a solution and within 24 hours i had an answer they processed a full refund of my purchase price

It has a lever that you can use to either recline or sit up and when it is locked in the upright position it makes a grinding noise and reclines so now there is 0 support in that position
