Pros
Works great. Bought because of my new tile floors. The floors really shine as well.
I am amazed at how much dirt and grime it cleans up. It neutralizes the odors. Without damaging the hardwood floors. It cleans and deodorize well.
The smell is fresh but not overpowering. This is not overly-scented like many cleaners. It's light, pleasant, and clean smelling.
Cons
Zep is in no way rinse free. Leaves terrible streaks on tile floors.

This product works wonderful for salt on black lanolium floors that show everything.
It cleans better than any other product!

The seller quickly contacted me and is shipping a replacement bottle.

We spray mop a big laminate floor, 4 teenage boys in a group home setting, we mop 5-6 times per day and traditional pine cleaner was building up residue making the floor dull.
