Pros
This is not overly-scented like many cleaners. It's light, pleasant, and clean smelling. It neutralizes the odor.
This product is awesome! It works well. Great service from seller too. Worked as advertised.
Needed a floor cleaner to clean up bad sewer type stuff. It cleans better than any other product! Cleans great & leaves no film.
The floors are shiny and not sticky at all. There were no streaks and only a clean aroma left behind. It's streak free, cleans well and smells nice.
It is hard to find floor cleaners that you can actually put in a bucket of water, so i was thrilled to find this. I need only 3 ounces for a gallon of water and it does a great job.
Cons
Odoban has a no rinse formula but not rinsing made my floors feel really sticky. Every dilution leaves the water incredibly sudsy. It leaves a terrible film on tile floors.

I used a brush 132 ratio and then terry cloth with same and then it dried pretty easily with dry rag
