These are my favorite to date (burning through boots since 2006), but by no means would i categorize them as “serious”.

I had to wear them for at least a week to break them in and that they feel fine on my feet.

Yes after the second year the leather ripped right behind the toe caps at the bend of the foot.

I complained a bit on the oboz facebook page and was encouraged by whomever is the administrator of that page to file a warranty claim as their guarantee is 12 months from date of purchase.

I did so reluctantly, thinking i was wasting my time as the warranty is subject to their discrepancy.
