For any normal temperature sleeper, these would be the perfect temperature. They aren't overly warm (i don't wake up hot), they are softer than anything i have ever used. I am in the desert southwest and it stays hot at night, even with fans.

Do not buy this hunk of garbage. Manufacturer takes no responsibility, and after i purchased 6 sets! Not the right way to treat a loyal customer.
