Pros & Cons

Pros

It gives mental clarity and the nutritional support i need. It helps me recover faster and avoid joint pain. Also get a decent pump in the weight room.

The taste is sooth and yummy. Great flavor, not too sugary. Happy it's not thick or that it tastes chalky.

Beet boost is a natural way to reduce inflammation. It is made with beets and tart cherry juice. It has been shown to boost endurance performance. The first time we tried it we felt 10x better than we did with raw beet.

Cons

My container expires 8/24 and it is hard as a rock. The contents hardened into one giant clump after a month or so. Taste is terrible.
