Only downside i'd say comes with this product is an increased *. It gives me a very noticeable pump!
L-citrulline malate is a perfect addition to any pre workout or for daily use. If you plan on creating your own non-stim pre-workout blend or simply want to better preform in the gym, this is a great product from nutricost.
As far as amazon goes, this is the best bang for you buck. Good quality and a large amount. Would highly recommend. Nutricost is 3rd party tested as well.
Cons
L-citrulline by itself is tasteless and even tastes a little sweet. It breaks apart like chalk(i'm not claiming that it is chalk) smells kind of like chalk. In 2018 the efsa reported calcium silicate accumulated in kidney and liver in rats.
My review has nothing to do with the seller. This is inhumane.
