Food in the dining area sits out uncovered for long periods of time in warm temperatures flies are on the tables and on the food and bins overflow with rubbish see the photos

Rooms are spacious and clean beds are fine air con is non existent tbh but didnt get very hot at night while we stayed

Only downside was the hotel is mainly german they can be rude and will rarely return a simple hello and they will claim all the best sunbeds at 6am

We had a coach transfer from the airport which had 2 drops before our hotel in another resort however even with this we were still at our hotel within 1 hour 20 minutes so unsure where the 1hour 45 comes from
