I adore this product. I've been using it for years.As a caveat, I do not have moderate or severe hair thinning. According to my stylist, my hair is not thinning at all. However, as I came into my mid-thirties, I noticed a bit more hair on my brush when I would comb. I tried Rogaine, but, oddly enough, even the Rogaine designed for women messed with my hormones a bit, resulting in a slight weight gain. I decided to give NuHair a try.The results were wonderful. I no longer had huge (or seemingly huge) clumps of hair falling out every time I brushed my hair. I don't know if NuHair helped me actually grow my hair, or just keep the hair I have longer. But it definitely made my hair much stronger, and now when I brush, I hardly lose any hair, even when I yank rather hard (my hair is pretty long, about half the length of my back, and fine, so it tangles easily, too).I don't know how well this product would work for women with more severe thinning. However, if you just need your hair to get a bit stronger, this is a must-have product. I swear by this product. Thanks NuHair!  Read Less
