Pros
Lightweight, love the taste, subtle not iver powering. And most importantly (for me) the flavor is not overpoweringly coconutty. They smell amazing and have a slight sweetness to them.
It's compliant with anti inflammatory/aip diet. Consider cutting it into strips or squares and toasting it for * like uses.
The texture is medium - not too stiff and not too soft, with a nice chew. With a slight coconut flavor, very mildly sweet these wraps are a nice alternative to a grain wrap.
Cons
They stick, to the parchment, which makes this a perilous endeavor. They are hard to separate from the paper between them and then they have no durability. Inside of one minute they turn black burnt.
Also fairly pricey to have to toss in trash. Must be stale. Super unethical all around.
On its own, it's almost flavorless to me. The color is an altogether unappetizing shade of grey/brown. Stick to tasty alternatives.
Dumbest packaging ever. Too small. Could not even finish and asked for a refund.

As long as it has the time to absorb moisture it’s the closest thing to simulate a rice wrapper in asian cuisine — but note — there is that tipping point where it will fall apart like grated frozen cassava thawing

It’s very coconut aromatic meaning if you have riperoasted coconut sensitivity this may set off the allergies as it more than likely is sourced from riper coconut vs green coconut
