Pros

Paid $90 off craigslist. Easy to assemble.

The nubax uses your upper body weight and the armpits to pull your back against the seatbelt style strap. It stretches your back like no other. This keeps me a little bent while standing and walking.

I have 2 herniated discs in lower back which have resulted in tight groin and buttocks muscles. My massage therapist and my chiropractor are both very happy with the results. Have been dealing with 2 bulging discs, one herniate for years.

As a neurosurgeon, i see a lot of patients whom i feel might benefit from traction. The nubaxc trio applies a strong static traction along the entire length of the spine.



Cons

The strap that is supposed to anchor your lower body, tend to cut into the tops of your thighs at the hip flexors.
