Pros

These tablets go down super easy without any flavor or bitterness to gag you. I insist on these, as other chalky round tablets are bitter and get stuck. Easy to * shape, no aftertaste.

I also struggle with iron deficiency so i take the vitamin c with my iron supplement and that seems to help with absorbency of the iron.

Cons

We love now products, but this tastes awful. Won't buy again. Please be cautious.
