Ration of magnesium to calcium is far superior to the alternative, especially to prevent osteoporosis without inducing calcium deposits in joints that can lead to arthritis. Has vit d3 & zinc as an ingredient.

Cons

Contains maltodextrin so if you like lower bowel cramps, these are for you! These pills are so big they are a choking hazard. Pills are hard to * and feel like they don't dissolve well.
