Pros

Well stop mixing into drinks and take it like an adult. Tastes a little like cherry couch syrup but worked well. Great absorbency and flavor.

Cons

It's overly too sweet for me, tastes super artificially bad. I much prefer the little tablets that melt under your tongue. Will be going back to the other brand.
