Pros
Psyllium husks work to clean the intestinal walls and improve digestive elimination. Keeps the intestines working as smoothly and regularly as silk. Also keeps me regular as well as calming my ibs symptoms.
This is a great way to take it if you don't want all the fake colors, flavors, and sweeteners in typical drugstore products. Been drinking high sugar prune juice for years.
Let cool completely. Easy peasy. Makes it so much more bearable.
Sprinkle with caraway. Every morning add a teaspoon to glass of water and stir briskly. I mix it half and half with benefiber that is onsale quite often for $10.
Cons
This appears fraudulent. Buyer beware. I'm sure the nutritional value is still where it needs to be but this stuff is hard to choke down.

Been using this for years been taking it for 20 yrs keeps me regular as well as calming my ibs symptoms
Bake again for 10 or 15 minutes and they will be very dry and crisp
Stir into the pysillium paste and let sit at least 20 minutes while the oven heats to 300°f

Very well packaged too sealed userfriendly bags
If you have used this before from the large plastic bottle packaging these are good refill for the value with the same product quality
Smaller package so less moisture absorbed once opened
Beat the name brands with all the sugar added just wish it came with a container to keep it in
Competitiveness
This is much better than the metamucil brand types that contain unwanted added ingredients sugar coloring etc
I continue to buy this brand over all others
Lasts way longer than metamucil even the generic version and is way cheaper

Ive tried other ways to keep my old system going in a happy way such as stool softeners but psyllium husks work best on me
