Usually when i wake up i have a slight sore * but today it disappeared. I also get frquent canker sores and noticed they haven’t done any studies on whether blis k12 has an effect. My whole family takes these and have been strep free for months!
No more bad taste, no more bad breath, and no more teasing from my husband (lol). It is literally like * on two mints. The best thing to happen is the fresher breath.
No refrigeration needed. Store in the fridge to maintain the active ingredients. Usually costs around $8.

Im not someone who is super disciplined when it comes to oral hygiene i dont brush twice a day or floss daily and i definitely dont go to the dentist as much as i should
