The pill is small enough so it is easy to *. This comes highly recommended from an herbal specialist, that is really picky.
Cons
The 20 mg of lutein esters is not equivalent to the 20 mg pills you can get at walmart or other places. I'm vegetarian and would never have purchased this item if i had known it contained gelatin (hooves and bones of cows) very disappointed.
