Sometimes it makes me sleepy an hour later after taking it when im wide awake and at other times it wakes me up and i found the differences is when combining it with vitamins and levothyroxine however the product is a good product but i must say as a special note here for amazon to read of which my review will probably be rejected for saying this but what the hey
