    I was looking for something natural like melatoninwhich i can only use 12 days then it doesnt work but have the opposite effect on me

    I only took one pill and i will say it definitely worked i was so relaxed but i felt a little off and as far as that brain fog that some are telling their experiences from actually did the opposite for me i felt very weird and strange all day and i had a 1
