Pros

I feel more reliably cheerful and focused, even on those days when it feels like everything that could go wrong, does. Works well as part of a regimen to reduce brain fog. Seems to reduce anxiety for my golden retriever.

Inositol is a substance created in the body and it used to be known as vitamin b8. If you are taking inositol for pcos or for mood improvement, the recommended daily intake is at least 2-4 grams a day.

Though they were simply in a zip lock bag with no padding added, the plastic bottles are sturdy enough. It isn't a problem for me because they're relatively easy to * and i have 2-3 with every meal.
