I mainly take them for the iron which i frequently get turned away from blood drives for having enough of but not enough for them

I have been turned away since ive been taking them but i was well within healthy range they just like you bursting with hemoglobin

I don’t want to give the product 1 star because the company has a great product it’s just the seals and safety of this bottle can not be verified
