It was a good compromise for me between wanting multiple sleeping spots, but not having the room to fit a larger cat tree.

Only issue is the very bottom screw does not hold the housing on.

So if you try to pick up the cat tree to move it, the bottom becomes detached.

I was able to assemble this in about 30 minutes, but the instructions are black and white pictures only.

Its also missing one instruction to assemble what i believe is the ball holder.
