I found it did but it took a little pressure to snap it onto the watch.

This is more due to the design on garmin's end than the watch band.

It included a second free loop (the part that holds the end of the band sticking out of the buckle).

I do wish the wristband wasn’t rubber though, but no one on amazon makes a cotton wristband for this model.
