Pros

The screws are too long to screw in fully, but will still do the trick for this mount.

Very durable, and smooth. They're sturdy, packaged nicely, and come with clear instructions for setting them up. It's super sturdy though.

The audio and mic cables are flimsy and are not the best quality but they work fine.

It holds my 27 inch monitor and no sag. Holds my samsung 27 well. Lb w/o stand.



Cons

Dec 2016 this mount is awful. It weighs ~9lbs. The screen just very slowly falls to the side.

I cant detect any quality difference between directly plugging them into the tv and using this so thats good

    I found out my desk has a stupid cross beam exactly where the tightening screw that clamps it to the desk would go

    I had to break the plastic handle off and i was hitting it as hard as i could with my largest hammer and all i was damaging was the concrete floor
