Vollco razor sharpens blades like new. Place the blades in the indented sharpener wells, place the flexible holder, close and secure the shaver head to the hand part of a shaver.
Anything that helps delay having to shell out $35 for norelco's replacement heads is a plus. But much to my delight it does what it claims to do!

They sharpened the blades to a newer and much more effective condition but they didnt seem brand new

The sharpeners consist of flat heads with a thin piece of fine sand paper glued to the inside for the blades to spin against

First remove the three metal grills which holds the blades clean the blades and replace the grill portion by inserting the three sharpener where the grills were located that are custom made for the hq9 model shaver
