Wow - this petite popover pan rocks. The petite size makes them ideal for breakfast, brunch, snacks, and with salads or pasta meals. This pan is amazing & the minis popovers are a perfect size for any occasion.
Be sure to follow the greasing directions for the pan. The pan is nordic ware quality. It is the nicest pan i have and now i want only nordicware!
Popover pan is something i bought to make thomas keller's famed bouchon. Spray the mini popover pan with spray oil. Chill the batter for 10 minutes and refrigerate between pouring/baking cycles.

With past good experiences with nordic ware we decided to get this even though the cost was higher than most others

Used the recipe on the packaging cut it in half so it made just 12 mini popovers and it worked great

My family loves popovers the problem is they are so big in the muffin tins and too take forever to bake

He uses silicone but i simply dont like silicone or using plastic when i can avoid doing so

These popovers are “normal” size not all that mini or petite

Never use cooking spray butter or oil to grease the pan

They will fall out of the pan and it can be cleaned with a paper towel

I do not preheat the pan and i use the recipe on the king arthur website using 23 of everything to make one batch
