Pros

Very effective for supporting positive mood. Goes down easy.

Easy to *, smell is fine, and definitely enhanced my mood when taken with my post atal vitamin + dha.

Cons

Rancidity is a serious concern with fish oils. Smelled really fishy. Gave me insomnia.

But the last two shipments have been melted and leaking.

My internist recommended these so i gave them a try and after 90 days my triglycerides came down 50 points

I try to take 2 twice a day and have no after effects

Definitely worth the extra expense and i will continue to take

If you set up a recurring order its around 60 cents per pill here on amazon its 90 cents a pill

I order it always but i wish it was cheaper

They are really pricey but this was my “hail mary” last ditch effort attempt at avoiding the antidepressants my doctor keeps pushing on me

Ive been taking nordic naturals omega3 for a while and now i have switched to taking the omega3 in the morning and the epa in the evening

It has a higher epa to dha ratio than their or other brands fish oils omega3s

This is about the highest percentage of epa to dha that i have found outside of prescription oils
