Pros

When i take nn's omegas w/ gla, my eyes feel better. When taking the nordic naturals complete omega extra, it really seems to help. Suggested by dr. Lupnitz, the nutritionist for our olympic swim team.

Cons

They have a very fishy aftertaste/burps. Omega-6's are vastly excessive in our diets, and are responsible for some major negative health outcomes.
