Pros

Highlights
Quality
It even allowed me to do acars and thats with the antenna indoors
Sitting on my bench in my basement with the stock antenna my max range is 14nm
But be prepared to spend a bit extra on a better antenna as have 4 of these now and all of them came with the same garbage antenna
Also i didnt like the mcx antenna connector as it requires an adapter to use with the more prevalent sma connectors
Packaging/appearance
On a side note i live out in the country with no obstructions besides my house
Competitiveness
Great for a hobbyist like me amateur radio
I couldnt get it to work until i went to the rtlsdr website and used their intructions
