Pros & Cons
Pros
Flows fairly well, even with thin nibs. Works very well with wide nib pens and the writing experience is great. It is filled to the rim so be careful when opening.
I'm very happy with this ink and the way it animates the blank page! Thank you, nathan.
Noodler's no feather and borealis black ink. Works on the worse paper like staples true red steno notebook.
The ink behaves well with my blotter. Tall bottles make refilling so much easier. De atramentis document black performs as well or better in terms of feather and bleed (on the papers i've tested it with), but it does appear blacker.
Cons
All it needs to do is write without feathering.
Too bad it fails that basic test. It performs worse! Also, the bottle design is terrible. Not a fan of the smell either.

Highlights
Quality
Overall i am pleased with noodlers xfeather and have now officially committed to it being my daily ink
Overall i am happy with this purchase
It was supposedly made to resist feathering on poor quality paper
The ink quality is great especially for the price and i anticipate buying other color from noodlers
Packaging/appearance
Thats not true of the ball pens or of the iroshizuku ink i tried
Competitiveness
I only recently moved over and tried a twsbi extrafine ef but the jury is still out as i havent written much with it as of yet
