I did order up a size and they are a touch big on him not sure if ordering his regular size would’ve fit him better though

Im 60 and about 220 and normally wear a 36 which is what i ordered and they fit perfectly which is good because the drawstring does not go through the waist to cinch it up and there is no elastic to let the waist out

After standing up multiple times trying to adjust i realized that it was either lose the built in underwear or accept that my manhood would henceforth become an internal organ
