Pros

It just tastes better to me. The taste beats anything that you can find in a supermarket. It is also healther because you are adding your own ingredients.

White is ok, it's lighter in weight it seems, than red. You will not be disappointed. Palouse brand is on the top of my list!

Hard white wheat makes great bread making wheat and we also use for survival food by using milar bags and oxygen absorbers. Will work great in my vitamix to grind t to flour. Mostly i bake it into sourdough with a little realsalt.

Cons

This wheat is very low quality and very small or not mature enough and seems like the residue wheat that cannot be turned into flour. The smaller packaging comes in a sealed plastic bag but this one does not have any sealed and it's kind of jute bag. ... Read More
