Pros & Cons
Pros
Huge plus and a huge upgrade for me. Howard leight seems to be the only company with a very easily dislodged pad mounting system, so it may be worthwhile to add in some double sided tape just to make sure they don't fall out.
They are super comfy, seal better, and allow for wearing sunglasses. They have a slit for your glasses so it keeps those from hurting your head as well.
They do exactly as advertised, are easy to install, and are more comfortable than the pads that came with original pair. They reduce noise too. A night and day difference between the stock/standard/factory ear pads and these.

Cons
They promised a refund without return. Now it says it's currently unavailable. After a month they no longer hold shape and will no longer seal.

I was bragging to friends on the range about how cheap the combo of these and the impact sport headphones are in comparison to 300 models
The oem cups feel much less comfortable by comparison
Several people tried them on and agreed just as good as the higher priced models in terms of comfort ear protection and noise canceling
