With the i79700 stock cooler the temperature was between 7079with this installed same tests never reached 65

The included 92mm fan is silent it has a max speed of 2000 rpm and at max cpu load it spins whisper quiet at 10001200 rpm

Or you can have one side of the fan at the same level of the heat sinks and the other end of the fan slants up and it wont go lower due to the heat sink

I personally dont think the fan being higher than the heat sink is a problem just doesnt look very aesthetic
