This is an issue of personal taste but if you look a very soft and pliable seat youre not going to like this chair as it feels right out of the box

The real problem with this chair are the armrests

Its almost like the company that designed the chair didnt actually test using it for long periods of time because they should have noticed that the armrests are really really uncomfortable

This really is a forever chair and your money will be well spentassembly was alright a little difficult in tight spacesalso the head pillow is unnecessary in fact it pushes your head a little too forward creating poor posture i recommend using the chair without the pillow

The way the seat is made even with barely touching the floor it doesnt cutoff circulation to my lower legs like some office chairs do
