The small velcro strap is long enough to secure from front to back under the armpit. Once that is in place, the other larger strap is the only one that you have to take on and off. Will adjust with no problem for a larger person.

I suffer from bursitis in my shoulder and it's especially painful at night. Magnetic therapy is effective at relieving pain. The t-shirt protects the skin and allows the brace to heat without burning the skin.

This is my second brace and it is proving to be the only device i can use to be able to function pain free. Wow this truly works for me.

Excuse the long testimonial. I am an active 75 year old lady who loves animals, etc. It's the little things most people take for granted that this brace allows me to do.

Save your money and a meltdown and don't buy it. No posture support. Not impressed. There is no evidence to support the idea that static electromagnetic waves can produce heat. That is not how magnets work.

The velcro which you attach under the armpit for your shoulder is not very solid. Does not fit well, does nothing to relieve shoilder pain. The smell that comes off of it is overwhelming.
