First time i put it on my neck it did not work so i had to damp it a bit and then you can feel it starting to heat up

I read a few reviews about people saying it gets to hot for them and i thought what a load of pussies i put it on and it does actually get to hot to bear and you have to take it off even though you neck keeps at the hot temperature for a few minutes after taking off

My pain is actually higher up on my neck therefore i can not use the belt part i have to hold it in place
