Pros

This is the only dandruff shampoo that actually doesn't dry my scalp out and works within one use. It treats the * that causes most d andruff.

This shampoo is fantastic as a clarifying shampoo to use occasionally between other shampoos to remove buildup. This shampoo clears up extremely severe itchy flaky scalp in just a few uses.

Cons

Product looks like it's been opened or handled multiple times. Extremely upsetting.
