Don't have to tear out floor. Supposed to last a long time indoors. Couple of days equals no more wood dust.
Cons
Wood is only 3/4 thick (actual not nominal) at the most and much of it less as i cut rabbets int hem for the mirrors i made out of the wood. Bora care manufacturer needs to place a seal under the cap.

The product directions are easy to understand for the everyday person attempting to control termites
The lumber does soak up the product
I sprayed the diluted product on live termites and it killed them
Price
It works price is a bit much
Although expensive this really works so it was worth the cost
I was terrified that it would cost me thousands in professional pest control costs tentiing or extremely toxic chemicals
Packaging/appearance
It did not survive the dilluted boric acid that i poured into its little burrow hole in the wood
