The grains stick together, but not in a glutinous way. Nishiki never disappoints. It fills a jar i keep on my countertop perfectly.

Cons

This is the most disgusting rice i've ever encountered in the states. It was infested with pantry moths. Buyer beware because whatever i got was plastic pieces that were made to look like rice!

Worst choice ever. It is disgusting. Tossed the bag thought nothing of it. It seems to be a prevalent issue from other comments.
