You dont have to use much pressure to seat it on the tank just enough to secure it thats all

I bought this particular yoke to prevent overfilling since its supposedly regulated for 3000psi so it kinda failed in that aspect

Be sure to wear eye protection though and make the hose is fully engaged on the gun valve before you air it up

It popped off my gun once probably because i didnt double check the connection but i cant be sure and the hose just popped off the gun with a bang

Rubber seal blew out but luckily it landed next to the tank and i was able to put it back in
