Pros & Cons
Pros
Nikwax down direct has twice as much loft as when it was new. Good loft and no lumps at all. But it needs to improve the cap. Super lofty, like new!
Down wash really puts the puff back in my bags, quilts, jackets, etc. It's one of those light puffer jackets.
The product works fantastic on washing my down filled sleeping bag. It works with all kinds of washing methods and is very simple to use. Doing a pre-rinse really pays off to make sure the item washes proper. Later the detergent gets in there as ell.
The tossed in dryer on air dry with three tennis balls. Laid it on a rack in case there was any moisture left. Make sure to follow directions for drying and washing.
Cons
It has a tacky, faintly oily unpleasant feel, like it needs to be washed. It feels terrible and i can only imagine it will be dirt magnet. I wonder if the material froze during transit from amazon, and if this caused changes in the down cleaner.

Price
This product came highly recommended so i opted for this hopefully more affordable and convenient option
I want to know why people spend hundreds of on down and complain on 3 to wash it
I had called around to see how much it would cost to be professionally cleaned and it was close to 100
So it’s really expensive for how much soap you get
