Had a little problem with the battery cover locking until i realized you had to push it backways to get it to lock

Note i read in other comments about how much help this company gives to their customers and i believe this is one of the most important issues since a lot of these are made in china and may have problems

I will say the footage clips at times but i am not sure if that if the camera itself or the microsd that is comes with that is causing that
